Three hours a day, five days a week of High Intensity Training.  In one week, you will follow a nutrition plan, read a book, and learn one cycle of curriculum and push yourself further than you thought possible both physically and mentally.  You will have the chance to reach goals and set new ones and rank up a belt.  Choose from the week of July 29 or August 26.
