A fun work out to do together as a family!  Start with Day 1 and perform that number of exercises.  Complete the song by doing all the exercises, just like the song.

  2. Front Kicks

  3. Pushups

  4. Elbow, Elbows

  5. Sit ups / Flutter kicks

  6. Jab Cross

  7. Squats

  8. Side Kicks

  9. Jumping Jacks

  10. Hook Kicks

  11. High Knees

  12. Rear Kicks
